RETURNS

At Evelyn and Ivy Vintage we want to ensure all customers are happy with their purchases. We ask that customers consider the impact of returns on small businesses and make considered purchases, taking into account the imagery and copy of each item which will fully disclose item condition, fit and style.

As vintage is not brand new there will likely be minor wear to each item. Please bear in mind that these items are preloved and by buying you are giving them a second lease of life. Any major flaws will be noted in the description and photography will show these also.

However, if you do wish to return an item please email evelynandivyvintage@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your item. Please include your order number and reason you wish to return. If your return is approved items must be sent back within 14 days, in the condition in which they were received.

Please kindly note that customers are responsible for return postage. We would strongly suggest using a tracked service and we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return arrives with us, please allow 2–3 working days for your refund to be processed. Please note that the original postage will not be refunded.
