Vintage Caroline Charles London designer skirt, assuming 1980s or 1990s. It has a lovely feel as it's that nice crinkly cotton. Embroidered rainbow polka dots cover the entire skirt and it's trimmed in black lace, it has lots of fabric and is nice and full. Lined. Side zip and button closure.
